Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days from the order date, although this shipping time may increase during the holiday season. Delivery time varies based on the USPS service that we use and the location of the delivery. Every shipment will have a unique tracking number that can be requested by the customer by e-mailing email@example.com.
Should you need to make any changes to your shipping address after the order is made, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org identifying your original order and listing the corrected shipping information. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to update the address. In most cases, the order will be returned to us and you will only be charged for shipping to resend it with the correct address.
Should you wish to cancel an order, contact email@example.com as soon as possible. An order can be canceled as long as it has not been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can only be returned, not canceled. The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot add or edit the order. If we are able to cancel the order, you can request that we cancel it and then create a new order.
We gladly accept any returns or exchanges within 60 days of the purchase date if the product is in its original condition. We do, however, reserve the right to reject a returned item if the item does not meet our requirements. We do not hold responsibility for any returned items that are lost or damaged before or during the return shipment.The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs. If the returned item is in the original condition and you do not wish to exchange it, you will be refunded. Once a returned item is received and deemed acceptable, this refund will take 7-14 business days to process outside of extended holiday operating circumstances.
